a blog's breech of privacy?
Sorry, I don’t know what the vernacular is here but there is a wordpress Disney blog that has apparently had a breech of security or has sold or given out my email address. I now am receiving very disturbing emails from somebody there. I would have gotten in touch with the owner of the site but there is no way to do that. When I try and post a comment I get an error code. Could you please help me out with where I should go to get this taken care of.
The blog is http://www.damouse.com.
Thanks much for any help/information
The blog I need help with is lifeinbenziecounty.wordpress.com.
That blog is not a WordPress.com blog and as WordPress.com is not hosting the blog we cannot help you. Web hosting: godaddy.com
The blog in question also seems to be part of the Disney empire so you probably have some recourse through the corporate structure – look at the regular Disney site also for contact info – also as noted above take a run at Godaddy – make your complains sound as menacing as possible
This iw what the fotter on that site states:
Good grief! I apologize for that garbled wording. :(
“This is what the footer on that site states:”
Da Mouse is a Walt Disney Company-focused news publication founded in 2011 by Raphael De Varona. Da Mouse’s mission is to offer breaking news coverage, in-depth reporting and a community platform in ways that highlight the simple Disney fun that is the hallmark of the man behind the mouse that got it all started.
PS – at least two of the principals have a twitter feed with a lot of followers – if you twitter I smell a chance for some real mischief and truth telling here
Thank you. Funny, when I wanted to sign in, thinking that I had an account with them, it directed me to wordpress.com, that’s why I thought they had a wordpress account. Thanks timethief and auxclass
You be welcome & good luck
Best wishes to you.
