How can edit the photos that i´m posting. Or if can´t do that, i want to know what is the ideal way to post a lot of pictures in one post ( the size and the positions)

You can insert them into a gallery in media settings, when editing a post. You have several layouts, for many pictures I would recommend tiles and square tiles. They work great
You can upload image files in two ways: by going to Media → Add New from your dashboard http://en.support.wordpress.com/media/media-add-new/ or by clicking the new Add Media button right above the editing area of a page or a post. http://en.support.wordpress.com/add-media/
