A Page will not Publish

I posted this difficulty last night…….it looks as though my thread did not post…………Anyway, I have a page set up – in the editor part it shows everything I want as I like it. However, it will not publish. I had it up once……..thought it was fine – then discovered all the contents was gone……went back to check – found it all in editor……BUT it will not publish. I hit update 50 x………..I changed options like shifting from the format of Sidebar to Portfolio…………But it still will NOT POST!??? What can I do?………….What is the problem?
