A paper bill with a stamp?

When I registered an upgraded blog at WordPress.com, I used my own Visa card to pay for that. But now I have a sponsor who could reimburse that payment. However, for that he needs a bill with a stamp or another official document confirming that I had purchased the domain. Is it possible to send such document by post if I provide the address?
The blog I need help with is gencodesignal.org.
