Shoreditch will allow you to add as many panels as you like to any page (not just the front) using the Panel Page template. To do that, you create additional pages and make themsub-pages (child pages) of the page to which you’ve applied the template.
Demo: https://shoreditchdemo.wordpress.com/
Setup guide: https://wordpress.com/theme/shoreditch
You can then create a custom menu that links to each panel on the page.
If you need further help for any step, just let me know.

Hi Nils,
In addition to the suggestion made by @kathrynwp, the Pique theme allows eight panels on the front page.
(with that diamond navigation on the right)
Neither Shoreditch nor Pique have the diamond navigation feature present on Affinity.

Thank you for the shoredirtch/Pique hint^^
Although it solves the panel problem, it creates another one for me:
I like how the pictures remained in the background (in the affinity theme)
and how a white layer with black text flies over them.
Within the two you mentioned, the text is right over the picture. So (since im new to wordpress) am I always bound by the characteristics
that a theme carries? -
So (since im new to wordpress) am I always bound by the characteristics
that a theme carries?Mostly, yes. A theme defines the overall structure, look, and feel of a site.
With Custom CSS, you can make certain modifications to a site as well. Custom CSS is a way to change the look and feel of themes, and is available with the Premium or Business plans. For example, using custom CSS, you could make the background images fixed instead of scrolling, in Shoreditch or Pique.
Just let us know if you need further help!
