Accidental media library delete

I thought I tested a few photo deletes to ensure the photo would still display on my blog. I went ahead and deleted my media library this past weekend…. and there went the last four years of writing and photos. I’ve been trying to restore my whole computer and reset it back to last Saturday, but so far I haven’t had any luck. Is there any way to get my blog back? Thank you!

There is no trash bin for media deletes, yes deleting an image from the medial library so there is no recovery as such
The staff might be able to do a restore on your site, I have flagged this for their attention. Caution- any backup would be a whole site restore and not just a bit here and a bit there – I have only seen the restore done a couple of times
Once you have deleted posts (and emptied the trash) or permanently deleted images from your media library, they are gone. We cannot selectively restore content that users have deleted.
