Account cant be upgraded because disabled purchases

    Ive tried emailing twice about this, ive got no answer and im on a strict timeline. I tried upgrading a plan once with the wrong card it got declined of course, so I try with my other CC and now its telling me purchasing disabled. Ive gotten no help from any support emails or anything. What more can I do?
