Account tariff problems

  1. Hi

    I am for one month a 'Premium member' of WordPress but never had the chance to use my account. First, I had big problems with the activation link, which I never received. After two weeks of correspondence with the support, they send me the link again. The first 3 mails were not answered for several days so I decided to accitvate the paypal buyer protection. After closing the problem with the activation link, I canceled the Paypal buyer protection - so the money is still at wordpress. The problem is, that from this time on the account is 'free' and not 'premium'. Then I got the informatin that I have to pay 20 Euro 'processing fee'. Also this payment I made but, the account is still 'free'. Again I wrote E-Mails to the support, but nobody is answering. Does anyone hae any idea what I should do now?

    I've restored your premium plan to the account. Now when you go to get help via you'll be routed to live chat or email support rather than the public forums.

    The upgrade is also available to you at any time via the purchases page at and your billing history at /me/billing/
