add a link to the featured bottom page

    Hello!

    In my theme I have the possibility to add a featured image at the bottom of my home page.
    so I did it, it’s actually linked to a page of my site called “notre concept”.

    So currently I have the title of the page displayed on the featured image + an exerpt text i’ve added.

    I would like to know if it is possible to make that featured image (or the text over it) clickable, so it’s linked to the “Notre concept” page ?
    I’ve though of adding a link in the excerpt but it’s really not pretty, so i just wanna make the text that’s already on it, clickable.
