Add DNS record for

  1. I've tried to add a Zone Record for the domain but it asked me to contact support. Could you please add the Zone Record for me?

The blog I need help with is

  2. I have manually added a zone record for your domain.

You should now be able to map it here following this guide:

  3. I'm still having issues, I bought the $99 upgrade through wordpress, but its telling me that I need to update my DNS, which isn't a simple as all the tutorials state. I click on the link as wordpress says that my primary domain is but I do not know what I'm supposed to put in the field that appears on the next page, I have pasted the and in the field but it returns as an invalid format. I have been all over trying to figure this out and cannot get it right. Any help would be great, Thanks

  4. The name servers need to be changed through your domain registrar, not us.

  5. I got the name upgrade through WordPress when I bought the upgrade. As far as I know my registrar is WordPress. I have looked at all the other forums and other people are having the same problem as I. The solution is apparently to "edit the nameservers at your domain registrar"...but where do I get that information? As I said I bought this through WordPress, so aren't they my registrar? If they are not, please tell me how to find out who is.

  6. The domain name is registered through

If you are not actually the owner of the domain, I can cancel your domain mapping upgrade for you.

  7. I wanted the domain mapping feature but I have never established an account with namebright so I am assuming that they own the rights to, which I am not in a position to buy right now. unfortunately I will have to request a refund because the situation is not what I had hoped for and if I am unable to get the domain with the upgrade then I guess I will have to cancel it. The current price on the domain is 1800.00, which is way outside my budget. I'm encumbered by the fact that I do not fully understand all of this and if it is possible to get this resolved getting the domain as well, I would like to do that. Thanks for all the help.

  8. It looks like the current owner of the domain is only willing to sell it to you for $1,800.00. Since that's quite a bit high, I have canceled and refunded your domain mapping charge.

  9. I am wondering if the refund for the domain mapping has been put through,I do not see it reflected in my account. I figured out the domain mapping issue, an issue of terminology, that is I didn't know what I was doing. I have registered a new domain with godaddy and will request a a mapping upgrade soon. Thanks again for the help.

  10. Yes, I issued the refund for the whole bundle ($99) on October 18.

Depending on your credit card provider, it may take up to 10 days for the credit to appear on your statement.
