Add to Cart and Checkout Process not working

When a customer adds a product to the cart, a message pops up that says ‘You can not do that’. Why is this happening and how do I fix this? I’m using the plugin WP Amazon Shop Pro.
If anyone could help me out, I would really appreciate it! Thank you!
