Adding a post to an item on the menu, with tags

    Hi,
I have my menu categories at the top of my blog (for an example “Lunch Ideas” “Dinner Ideas” and “Smoothies”.) Every time I create a new post that has to do with one of those categories, I’d like to be able to just tag each post with the words “LunchIdeas” and have it automatically transfer over to that subject on the menu of my home page. I’ve created drop down menus with different subjects, and I’d like my posts to automatically decipher which category it goes in by the individual tag.
Does anyone know how to do this?

    Thank you!

The blog I need help with is thefitspirationalblonde.wordpress.com.

Your tags will generate links. For example:
    http://thefitspirationalblonde.wordpress.com/tag/recipe/
The links will allow you to make navigation tags in a custom menu.
    Here’s how:

By the way, this is something anyone on WordPress.com can do without a CSS upgrade. I’ve moved this thread to the Support forum.
