Adding another blog to account (will they be linked publicly?)

  1. I'm considering to add another blog to my account. But if someone is on one of the two blogs, will that person be able to find out that my other blog is also mine? I do not want people to be able to relate/link the blogs together. (Furthermore, I don't want that if people look on google for blog a, that they will find blog b.)

(The following is unrelated, but if solved I wouldn't even need to add a blog to my account: I have an e-mail adress I want to use for my new blog. Unfortunately it is 'used'. But it is not used. Personal notifications (like comments on your post, subscription emails, and upgrade renewals) are sent to the email address at Users -> Personal Settings in the Dashboard.
