Adding another user failed

    I tried to add another user (noxaeterna2012) to my blog as administrator/at least editor, but failed – it just didn’t work.
    What can I do? Maybe you can just add her.

    The blog I need help with is



    Did she receive the invitation and accept it?

    They will need to click the “Accept Invitation” button in the invitation email. If they are logged into their account, they will be taken directly to your blog. If not, they will be taken to the log-in screen, where they can either log in or create a new user account.

    Note that users who create a new account at that point will still need to return to the invitation email and click the “Accept Invitation” button after doing so.


    Yes, she did receive the invitation and tried to accept it, but she always ended up on her “my blogs”-site, not on my blog.

    @vroni2012: it looks like the user noxaeterna2012 has not accepted the invitation yet. Could you please ask her to make sure that she is logged into her correct account when accepting the invite? Also, she can try copying and pasting the link from the invite email into the browser if clicking on the Accept button does not work.

    You are welcome. In certain email clients, the Accept button code does not work, so that’s why we provide the alternative link. Glad that your Editor is now able to use your blog!
