Adding Chatroll?

I want to know how to add Chatroll to my blog. On Chatroll’s website, it says I have to ask WordPress for support for the Chatroll shortcode. Help please?

The blog I need help with is jessefantage.wordpress.com.

There is no WordPress.COM support for it.
WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate.

Chatroll chatboxes can no longer be used on wordpress.com blogs. In April 2010 some bloggers who had been using Chatroll chatboxes began to post to the WordPress.com forum reporting the Chatrolls on their blog were no longer working. Staff responded clarifying the use of this iframe embed was not intended, https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/chatroll-no-longer-shows-up-on-site?replies=33#post-452010 and the bug that allowed the chatboxes to be operational had been fixed.

At Present there are no chatboxes I am aware of that can be used on free hosted WordPress.com blogs.

Not to worry. If you remove the “resolved” Staff or a Moderator will move the thread for you to the Ideas Forum.

Okay..I changed it to “Not Resolved”. Or do I change it to “Not a Support Question”?
