Adding comment form

  1. How do I add a comment form to the bottom of my post? The default setting, "allow people to post comments on new articles" is checked. I just can't find an option to actually add the comment form to the post.

The blog I need help with is junglejournalblog.wordpress.com.

  2. The main setting you mentioned is only the default setting for new posts or pages created after that main setting is saved. If you created posts or pages before saving that setting, you may need to update the past posts/pages individually.

Here is a help page with more detail if you're interested:

It's also worth noting that comments are not displayed on the home page if it is setup to display a list of posts. So, while you cannot see the comment form at http://junglejournalblog.wordpress.com/ right now, you can see it after you click on the post title on the first post listed on the home page: http://junglejournalblog.wordpress.com/2014/11/29/heading-off-for-an-adventure-in-belize/

If you would prefer to use a static front page instead of listing posts on the home page, see http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/front-page/ to learn how to set that up.
