I copied a table from our word file and now I want to continue to add regular text after the table. WordPress doesn’t seem to let me do that. Please help – Is there a way to do that without writing HTML?
You should be able to put you cursor just after the table, press Enter and it should start a new line. If you’re having problems with that in the visual editor you might want to switch to the HTML editor (click the tab on the top right) and try to add the new line there.
I have had problems getting text after pictures (had to fuss a bit) so now when I put in a picture I put a bit of text after where the picture will go – then much easier – just go to the end text and go!
I run into this a lot; some tags just WANT to extend, for whatever reason. I click to the HTML editor, add some junk text like howrhienid as auxclass says, and then click back to the visual editor. It works like a charm.
