Adelle theme remove date and black dots on posts

Hey
Hoping someone can give me a hand removing the black dots and date from the post pages on the Adelle theme.
I found this closed topic (below) which seems to spell it out but I just need a bit more info on where to put those codes (I’m pretty fresh at all this!) as I can’t seem to locate them.https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/adelle-theme-remove-date-circles?replies=4

You would need to add the code, referenced in the other post, to your CSS. Do you have the CSS upgrade?
If you have the Custom Design upgrade, you can add Custom CSS in your dashboard, under Appearance > Customize > CSS.
You can purchase the upgrade in your dashboard, under Store.
Let us know if you need more help.
I don’t have the option to customize CSS so I guess I don’t have the upgrade. There is no mention of ‘store’ in my dashboard though so not sure how I get the upgrade?

Good point – sure. http://www.ittybittybookvan.com.au (the blog component isn’t actually live as yet) but if you need to see that I could put a post live for a short while for you to view if required.
