Hi – I have my name servers pointed to ns1…, etc. and my blog is resolving properly when the url is visited.

I am not trying to make my Network Solutions email work through WP’s advanced DNS setting. Below is what I have entered (and validated), yet my email is not working.

    MX 10 INBOUND.HBNEIGHBORS.COM.NETSOLMAIL.NET.
    CNAME MAIL HBNEIGHBORS.COM.NETSOLMAIL.NET.
    CNAME SMTP HBNEIGHBORS.COM.NETSOLMAIL.NET.

Any idea what I am doing wrong?

The blog I need help with is hbneighbors.com.

As far as I’m aware, that has never worked with a WordPress.com blog, but here are the custom DNS instructions: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/custom-dns/

    Hi there,

You’ve almost got them right! Here’s the official support page for NetSol:
    http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/add-email/add-network-solutions-email/

Just let me know if you run into any errors!

I’m sorry that the page wasn’t in a good spot for you – we’ll check on that flow to see if we can improve it.
