Already Mapped to Another Domain Error

    I purchased earlier this year. I just set up When I try to purchase mapping I get the error ‘Already Mapped to Another Domain’ ( – which expired 204 days ago).

    I have changed the nameservers already. Can you please fix this so that I can use my domain.

    Unfortunately, we no longer control the domain and cannot renew it for you.

    I removed the expired domain upgrade from the account to avoid further confusion.

    We attempted to inform your domain’s expiration (via email and dashboard notices). It was possible to recover the domain for some weeks after its expiration, but because of the time lapsed, the domain was sent back to the registrar who then sold it to a new owner.
