Am I in Redemption/Retention Period?

  1. Domain expired 03/03/2014 :-( I'm not web literate.....

    Should pay more attention to my page I think, or consider automatic renewal when just using it as a portfolio!

    So am I in time for my redemption? WordPress Dashboard asks me to contact support when I offer up to pay my fine.....

    My email is associated with my expired domain, everythings bouncing back and i'm currently having a professional meltdown....

  6. Same problem at Expired 24 days ago. :( Can someone check to see if I'm in the redemption period? I'm not seeing a way to pay in the store.

  10. I've just spent well more than an hour with that document and its various links and I don't understand what to do. If I do a premium upgrade will that restore me?

  11. I'm guessing I didn't have Summer of SUCCESS directed to [email redacted] because I'm not seeing the e-mail (and that is probably why I missed a notice of expiration). Did your e-mail go to another e-mail address? If so, I'll dig it up from last summer. :) I think I can guess what it was.

    The email went to the address of the account that owns the domain (it is not this username: judithwencel). Please check your other account's email address.

    I'm having the same problem with the domain

    It's been 22 days since it expired, and I don't see any options to renew it on the dashboard.

    I understand it's on redemption stage... Please help me to renew it as soon as possible!!

  14. drkcat, it turned out the button was there to renew when I signed in as the owner of the site, not just an editor or administrator, so make sure you use the info you used when you originally set up the blog. (I have several sites and had forgotten I set that one up under a different e-mail). When I went to the blog signed in as the owner, there was a button right on the uh-oh page that sent me straight to the payment page.
