Can you try uploading the Blogger export file to import it into your blog manually?
You can fetch your export file by going to Settings -> Export blog in the control panel for your Blogger blog.
Once you have that, you can import it from Tools -> Import -> Blogger in your WordPress.com blog dashboard.
