I have a number of blogs that are on my own hosting with godaddy.com
I am trying to add AKISMET plug-in to stop spam and it is asking me for my API Key.
The problem is to get my API KEY it is making me set up a new user name and account with wordpress different then the one I set up for my blogs through Godaddy.com It will not let me sign in and give me an API Key through that username. So I set up a new username which is this one im using here and it gives me an API Key, bought obviously my blogs are not under this username. How can I go about getting an API Key for all my blogs that use wordpress but are hosted on my godaddy.com server?

    Thank you,

WordPress.COM is not connected in anyway to your self-hosted blogs. The username you now have here at wordpress.COM, has an API key associated with it. Go to your profile on your account here and you will find your API key right at the top.
