I want to post to my blog through writely.com and I need to enter my blog’s API. I’m not sure what this would be, would it be something like http://swiftlab.wordpress.com/APIKEY? April 12, 2006 at 8:01 pm #9902 vityaMember Nope, look in your account and you’ll see..voila your API key. April 12, 2006 at 8:04 pm #9903 drmikeMember Actually it’s: Dashboard -> Users -> Your profile -> Along the top there. Hope this helps, -drmike April 12, 2006 at 8:06 pm #9905 swiftlabMember I need the URL that I put in the writely blog settings under My own server/custom > Blog URL April 12, 2006 at 8:10 pm #9907 drmikeMember Well, if it’s your own server, you need to be over here as this forum is for blogs hosted at WP.com. But to answer your question, I would think where you just installed your WP blog would be the URL. April 12, 2006 at 8:11 pm #9909 swiftlabMember No, I’m in the custom catagory. I use wordpress.com. April 12, 2006 at 8:13 pm #9911 drmikeMember AH, that makes sense. (Even I didn’t get that honour.) If you’re using the swiftlab ID, it would be http: //swiftlab.wordpress.com (Space added to get it to display correctly) If it’s not, I don’t have a clue as I would need to know where your blog is. I had thought that staff was setting up those themselves though. April 12, 2006 at 8:14 pm #9912 swiftlabMember Thanks. April 12, 2006 at 8:17 pm #9914 drmikeMember Actually I stand corrected. If it’s the swiftlab one, add in the http:// to the URL. Not sure why it didn’t take up there. April 13, 2006 at 2:22 am #9956 wildmindMember I’m trying to find my API key ..
