archived or suspended for a violation of our ToS
I have 2 blogs on WordPress.com:
grottynosh.wordpress.com is no longer available.
This blog has been archived or suspended for a violation of our Terms of Service.
cotojo.wordpress.com which I cannot access as both are accessed from wordpress login.
I also do not know why grottynosh.wordpress.com has been archived or suspended.
I have had to create a new username to access the forum as my existing username will not work on forum or either blog.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
I’m sorry but this is not a matter for posting to a public forum. We Volunteers answering support questions have no role to play in this process. This is between you and Staff. You have a warning notice with a link in it — please click that link as it works at all times (even when the regular contact form is closed).
If you have already contacted Staff by using the “click here to contact us” link in the notice, the ToS department definitely received your request. Please be patient as they’ll be getting back to you as soon as they can.
As a policy, please refrain from discussing ToS issues on the public forums. Thank you for your patience!
The suspension notice / Banner has a “click here to contact us” you need to contact the Terms of Service people with that link to ask them – that link should always work.
You can also contact the staff here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ if the above link is not available.
WordPress.COM policy is not to discuss TOS violations in the Forum and us unpaid volunteer helpers can’t return your site anyway. You might also review the following links for more information on what might have happened. Mistakes are sometimes made but you need to talk with the TOS people.
timethief – Many thanks for your advice.
I have no warning notice with a link in it and I have been regularly checking my email and spam folder for several days.
auxclass – Many thanks for your help and advice.
For questions or concerns, contact WordPress.com Support
but contact form is currently limited to customers with paid
upgrades and NOT free accounts.
The Contact Us should be in the Dashboard of the suspended blog – but if you can’t log-in that stops that.
This thread has been flagged for Moderator and staff attention – perhaps the Moderator will forward your problem to the staff.
Sorry I don’t have any better help.
auxclass – Thank you for your time.
I cannot log-in to the suspended blog or my second blog which is not suspended but uses the same log-in.
Thank you for flagging this thread.
