Authenticator lost, unable to get in

  1. Due to an unfortunate theft recently,
    I have been unable to access my account due to an authentication restriction (google authenticator)
    I've also lost the generated codes.

    I've lodged an email regarding my inability to access the account but haven't received or heard a confirmation email for whether it's been received.
