Awful awful experience

  • I have had a terrible experience of using this site and desperately want a refund. There is no email address I can contact – the cancel and refund option is not working and I feel cheated out of £85. I need someone at WordPress to contact me urgently.

  • I have only received an email saying I put a duplicate comment. I need a staff member help me get a refund as the ‘cancel and refund’ option is not working.

  • Please could someone from WordPress email to resolve this. I have already had a terrible experience and this is making it even worse. I require a refund which currently it won’t let me do.
