Badware on my WordPress Blog
I figured wordpress would have this sort of thing taken care of, but I have been tagged by Google as a potential attack page because some nefarious links have been found on my blog, which I did not put on my blog, of course. Does anyone know how to remove “Badware” from a wordpress blog?
The blog I need help with is whatdidshedotoday.wordpress.com.
I’ve seen numerous cases of this over the years and in many it turned out to be links the blog owner had innocently put into their site, including hot-linked images from suspect websites. Not saying that is the case, but unless someone guessed your username and password, there is virtually zero chance of someone injecting URLs to badware sites into any site here.
I’ve tagged this for staff attention and hopefully someone will be around shortly to look into it for you.
Malicious software is hosted on 2 domain(s), including [usedtrucktire.com]
2 domain(s) appear to be functioning as intermediaries for distributing malware to visitors of this site, including [crafthope.com/]

The domains within the brackets seem to be the culprit. Do you recognize these links ? by linking to such sites in reference to a post you wrote or image(s) you may have hot linked ?
I did link to craft hope but it’s just a site for crafters who want to send their crafts to people in need, and is very reputable. That’s weird. I don’t know anything about usedtrucktire.com. How do I find them on my site to delete them?
Perhaps their site was compromised and some malware was put on it. Until that is sorted out, you should remove that link and then get Google to check your site again.
Will do. How do I find the other link on my site? Since I don’t recall linking to that, at all.
I don’t see these on your blog either, so I recommend just following through with the error and reporting it as a false-positive.
Thank you! I took the craft hope link off, which when I went to their site they are having the same problem with the attack page warning, so they were a problem, evidently. Hopefully that will fix the whole issue. I will ask to be reviewed again!
