    can’t find my account

    My daughter and I signed up for her account in July. For some reason now (she never did go in and configure it after that) we are finding there is no login information for her account. We called it San Francisco Chic.

    I’m hoping you can help us: her email is (email redacted) and she has looked through all of her emails to find the activation. Nothing.

    The blog I need help with is

    Thank you we have gone through each of those, unfortunately I did not create it logged in as me. It does not show up in my blog dashbord. And she only has the one email. I’m afraid it may have gotten fat fingered somehow? But the site is registered now and we have no way of getting in without knowing what email its going to or an API which – she did not get if there was a mistake on the email address.

    ugh, just going in circles.

    I understand security but if her email doesn’t match up without having someone that can look at the site to see WHO it is registered to or if the email is a digit off we have lost the site.

    We could not find an account that matches your login. Please check your spelling. Note that we can only provide support for accounts – do not use this page for your own blog.



    Unless or until your daughter completes and submits an account recovery form she will not be able to contact account recovery Staff.


    I guess I can do it as me and in the body of the request specify what the site and issue is. Thanks!

    It appears that the site is owned by another user who registered their account in 2011.

    I do not see a user account under the email address you posted. My guess is that she did not complete the signup process, or she used a different email address.

    She is welcome to set up a new account at any time, though the username beautybythebay is not (and would not have been) available.
