Best Structure for Current Project

    Hey, WP Friends!

I have a personal filmmaking blog ( and have recently started a multi-film project (7 Film, 7 Weeks), where I make one film per week for seven consecutive weeks.

At this time, I created a page where I introduce the project, then post each film weekly as they are finished (I’ve made two so far!). Someone told me this is a bad idea, since there is only one comment thread.

However, I prefer to keep all the films together, so I’m not keen on the idea of having a page for each film or posting the films on my blog. I like the thought of someone having access to all the films on one page.

What do you think? Is the concern about one comment thread for a page with multiple content that is updated a solid concern? Can you think of a more effective way to manage the content for my current project?

    Thank you so much!!!

The blog I need help with is

People can certainly comment on each film even though they are all on one page although it does make it a little more confusing when trying to follow a comment thread on one particular film.

I would think about doing separate pages for each. You could then include links in the body of your introductory page, perhaps an image from the film as the link below the introduction and then people could click on the images to see that particular film.

The choice is always yours of course, and I’m sure that whichever way you do it will work out.

I would vote for a Page for each film and a link for each from the 7films Page. I find all the comments on all the films confusing. And by the end of seven films the page will be long and would be a turn off for me

Thank you so much for the feedback!

So I went ahead and created a page for each film and adjusted my menu accordingly.

Yes, I believe this is best! :)
