I am having trouble finding the right theme
I would like the following available
1) Ad Banners available
2) Simple Layout but eye catching
3) Ability to make each type of posting categorized, which can be reached by navigation buttons according to category
4) Ability to have navigation buttons with dropdown menus
5) Ability to have a section for a directoryI am starting a blog called “GuapoVida” and you can find the info at

There is this option as well:You can run any ads you’d like if you manage your own WordPress installation. More info, including hosting recommendations, can be found at get.wp.com.

I was actually planning my own self hosted blog with my own web address, not a domain under wordpress.
I am currently reviewing the links you posted as I figure I could use a blog on here to promote my self hosted site/wordpress platform

I’d simply like advertising on my wordpress.com blog
You need to buy the domain mapping, then apply to have the wordads upgrade as well. I don’t know if you need to qualify with a minimum of hits in order to qualify. I’m sure another volunteer can answer that question.
