Billed Twice

    I'll tag this thread for Staff assistance. Please subscribe to the thread so you are notified when they respond and please be patient while waiting. They will want to know exactly which username account was billed and which upgrade you are referring to.

    I'm really sorry about that double charge; that was our mistake. We've issued you a full refund. Please note that it can sometimes take about 10 days for refunds to appear on your bank statement.
