    On 18th November, I was billed twice for joysociety.wordpress.com.

    Can you please refund me for one?

    I’m really sorry about that double charge; that was our mistake. We’ve issued you a full refund. Please note that it can sometimes take about 10 days for refunds to appear on your bank statement.
