the site doesn’t load or respond its been like this for a few weeks ever since I wanted to check my billing after like a half year. Support also doesn’t work I only can connect to support via this forum.
I checked and was able to see your billing history and support page without issue. This sounds like it may be a cache issue. Have you tried logging in using a different browser or clearing your browser’s cache?
