Billing Error

  1. i have been overcharged for my upgrade. I wanted one upgrade for the cost of $30 USD but I have been charged 7 times this amount and when I look in My Upgrades nothing is there as if I haven't purchased anything so I am unable to even cancel it and apply for a refund.

    I'm really really not happy as it has taken a substantial amount of money from my account and I need to get that money back as soon as possible!

  4. Yes, they have a very good track record when it comes to that. I'm so cheap I wouldn't be here if they weren't honest about transactions.

  6. I think in cases of errors like being charged 7 times it is almost immediate. You will have to wait for staff for a definitive answer though

  8. Probably both. We can't read your email, being volunteers, but they can. And they will DEFINITELY post in the forum about the issue; it's too widespread and serious to ignore.

  10. I just got billed 5 times. Called 1-877-273-3049 which was the vendor number given to my credit card company but all I got was an automated system and I cant talk to anyone. This is ridiculous!!!!!

  11. I know its worrying being charged multiple times, but I'm confident that staff will sort this out and reverse the transactions very quickly.

    I've had 4 billing issues and now in my billing history it appears that I have purchased 4 times just the domain mapping for 13$ and not the registration of the domain without the extension for a total of 18$. Things are getting weird and I really hope that these problems will be solved ASAP...

  13. Hello, I had the same problema trying to go Premium. I was charged 99$ twice and i didn't get the Premium. A couple of minutes ago i was refund, but i don't have the Premium options yet. Any help please?

  14. Earlier today we had some technical difficulties with our upgrades systems. For a a short time this morning, anyone who tried to purchase or renew products with us were charged but their items did not end up in their account or get renewed.

    We have fixed the issue on our end and have made sure that if you attempted to purchase or renew your upgrade more than once that all additional upgrades have been refunded to you!

    We strongly recommend that you log in to your account's Dashboard and navigate to the Store link and then to My Upgrades to review what items are currently in your account. If there are any items missing you can purchase them through your Dashboard >> Store.

    If you attempted to purchase a domain, we do apologize, but you will need to attempt purchasing it again by adding it via Store >> Domains in your blog's Dashboard.

    We sincerely apologize for this confusion and inconvenience. Please let us know if you have any questions!

    Thank you for getting back to me. With these refunds is the payment still processed and then refunded or do you stop it before it is processed. I'm just trying to figure out when the refund will be back in my account.

    Note: It takes from 1 - 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

  17. Well that's really inconvenient that they overcharge me $210 USD and then take 2 weeks to repay it.

  18. The payments were processed, but the refunds all left our account today.

    Depending on your credit card provider, it can take up to 10 days for them to display it on your statement, but it usually takes much less.
