Billing Information CHange

  1. We have a third-party company that used to do business for us. They have previously purchased an upgrade of "Ad Free" and we would like to continue that upgrade, but with our own credit card. I have looked for saved credit card information, but there isn't any. How would I go about canceling the upgrade and then repurchasing it, or just changing the credit card info. The third-party company no longer has a user ID. Thanks!
