Billing issue

  1. I opened an account with you guys on November 22 and tried to cancel it yesterday and today. It won't allow me to do so. Help me figure this out so I can get a refund. Thanks.

  2. Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrades, you can request a refund yourself directly from the Store section of your Dashboard

  3. You know, I tried that. It didn't work. I thought I had processed my refund, but apparently it didn't work on their end. And then I logged back in today to check and it was still there without the cancel button. I'm not sure who to contact or how.

  5. If we cancel the domain, it can take up to several weeks, and we can't guarantee that your domain will be available to you again once canceled.

    If you want to keep using your domain but you don't want to use anymore, you don't have to cancel it.

    Instead, you can move the domain to another site, using the Domain Administration tool under Store > Domains, at the bottom of the page.

    If you would still like to cancel the domain name, please reply to confirm.

  6. Thanks for your reply. As stated above, I am looking to cancel everything and receive a refund. My first attempt did not seem to work, nor did my 2nd attempt -- I only (as of now, just checked) have an $8 credit to my account of the $26 with an outstanding balance of $18. Please credit and close my account today.
