Billing problem

  1. I am being billed for services I have not purchased from WordPress. I cancelled services with WordPress years ago and it does not show up in my account information, yet I am still getting a bill on my credit card from

    If you wish to contact Staff about the charges you see on your statement, please use this form (which works even when the main contact form is closed):

    You can disable auto-renew of your domain mapping.
    Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades > Disable auto-renew
