billing receipt not available under billing history
We have been billed for $99 for our ecohydrolab wordpress site. However, there is nothing listed in the billing history section. We need a receipt for our accounting department. Please advise how I can retrieve this receipt or have it sent to me.
The blog I need help with is ecohydrolab.com.
Lets’s be clear bout this ‘we” bit please. Blogs are owned by those in individuals who are logged in under a specific username account, and who register the blog in question under that specific username account. You must be logged in under the username account that (1) registered the blog (2) and purchased the upgrade for that specific blog to connect to the billing history page and print your own receipt.

Thank you for your response. However, I am a bit confused. I am logged in as the individual the account is registered to, as far as I can tell. Can you please advise how I can check to make sure that the account is indeed registered to me? I looked at the ‘transfer your blog to another user’ info, however, I am afraid to pursue using this feature as the account should be registered to me, and I don’t want that to change.
