Billing Refund

    Hi, I upgraded one of my websites to the Premium plan and canceled it the same day with the help of a live support member. It was a mistake in upgrading the website as I meant to do it for anything web-building site of mine. I was told to wait 5-10 business days for the refund of the $96.00 spent on January 24th, 2019. It has been a few days past 10 days and I still have not received a refund for the purchase and would like to resolve the issue.

    I’ve checked your account and a refund was successfully sent on 24th January 2019. There is confirmation of this in your Billing History:

    The next step is to contact your bank. They should be able to confirm when you can expect the money to arrive and if there are any processing delays their on side — they can use the transaction ID on the refund receipt to help locate it.

    In some cases where upgrades are cancelled and refunded on the same day, banks remove the original payment from your statement rather than showing two separate debit and credit amounts. I recommend asking them whether they have done so.
