Blank screen on app for iPhone 6

    Hello
    When trying to access the dashboard on my Iphone6 in order to import some pictures from my camera’s phone I am getting a blank screen with only the WP logo. IT usually opens up a menu with dashboard options. I’ve rebooted the phone. Every other function works and it also works on my IPad. Naturally, it’s the one function I use almost daily to get pics to my gallery.

    Is anyone else experiencing this? Yes, I know there’s other ways to get the pics to my iPad and use that but they’re all long and tedious since I don’t pay for ICloud services. Exactly a year ago I identified another functionality issue that everyone denied until someone finally saw I was correct and fixed it
