Please remove domain mapping to nitaiyoga.com so that my blog and admin starts loading again as I have downgraded from business to free for now. The blog is giving this error presently due to the defunt domain mapping:

Error: the domain you requested can not be served at this time. An error report has already been sent to the technical team. Please try again in ten minutes.

I thought it should happen automatically. It shows a ten minutes time but I have been waiting for more than 24 hours now. Awaiting your fix. Thanks in advance.

The blog I need help with is sadhumaharaj.wordpress.com.

Have you used the appropriate process found here at Canceling and Refunding Purchases https://en.support.wordpress.com/manage-purchases/#canceling-and-refunding-purchases to cancel the upgrade?

Just to clarify, nitaiyoga.com is not using WordPressdotcom name servers and loads a self-hosted WP install for me.

Both sadhumaharaj.wordpress.com AND nitaiyoga.wordpress.com throw up that error message when I visit the site.

In the domain dashboard here on WordPressdotcom, does your wordpress.com site show as primary? https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/#setting-the-primary-domain

It is not showing any domains at all. So I can’t remove the primary domain. Please do it at your end.

Yes, the primary domain has been forwarded to self-hosted but I still need want the .wordpress.com blogs to be accessible so please remove the primary domain for both admin and front-end. Thanks.

    Hi there,

So you still want to use the WordPress.com site, just not with the Business Plan and with the free URL?

To do that we’ll need to restore your site to how it was before you installed any plugins. This will remove any content that you added since installing plugins, so I’ll please need you to confirm.

We also need the domain to still be connected to the site to do this, so please change the domain’s name servers back to WordPress.com’s, and let me know once you’ve done that. Once we’ve restored your site you can then point the domain to where you want to use it again.
