Blog and Media Errors with Account
Hi! I am unable to save posts, upload media, or view the blog’s tag options when I go to start a post. I’ve disabled everything in my browsers, tried other browsers, tried different computers – I think it’s an issue with my account itself. I’m not getting any specific error messages, it’s just not letting my save anything, upload any media, or view any tags.

@thegirllovesink I see you began this thread a week ago and the issue is still not resolved. Whilst you are waiting for a member of staff to return to this thread, as the site in question has a number of different people posting content I just wondered what is your user role? If it is a contributor you will have no uploading capability (although as a contributor I presume you should be able to save content until it is published). https://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/

themagicrobot thank you: she is set to AUTHOR access level. She should have full ability to use all the features and publish should she choose. Despite testing her profile on different computers, devices, and browsers the problem remains. We have gone so far as to delete her account and reissue it but she still has the issues mentioned above.
Is there some sort of specific information list we can get to be more concise in giving and receiving information?
Has that account ever worked? It is only a few weeks old. I presume the account activation email was replied to? If so then with the right user role I would have guessed it may be a browser issue conflicting with the My Site/Calypso dashboard but you say multiple browsers and computers have been tried. Perhaps @lizkarkoski isn’t working over the weekend so I have added the modlook tag to the tag box on the right. This should ensure that another staff member can delve into what is/isn’t happening with that particular account. Can all your other contributors contribute without any issues?
Through WordPress.com, I’ve been trying to add blogs by pushing the Add button next to the blog button and the same thing with the Media button. Both are behaving the same way in that neither are letting me save stuff.
That second link seems to work, I’ll have to test it when I get home, but it’s working at work. So, cross the fingers!
