Here are some Terms of Service guidelines.
You should check your spam filter, staff responses end up there many times – the only ones that can help you are the Staff. Suspensions are never discussed in the Forum. It can take a while for the staff to respond depending on the time zones and the number of suspensions on any given day.
If you contacted us through the “click here to contact us” link in the notice on your Dashboard, our ToS department definitely received your request, and they’ll be getting back to you ASAP.
As a policy, please refrain from discussing ToS issues on the public forums.
