    Hi there,
I´m trying to create a gallery in my wordpress blog, using photos from my flickr account. I know that it’s possible to post the photos individually. But, it’s possible to create a gallery? How can I do it?
    Thanks in advance,

The blog I need help with is

Presently, you can’t use external images from any source, including flickr, to create a Gallery as it is presented in this Support doc. All the images in a Gallery have to be uploaded to your site.

You can send an entire flickr set to your blog if you’ve connected it to your account. If you want to see an example of how that appears in your site when posted… There are a total of 64 photos in that flickr set, but only a portion appears on your site.

The instructions for a set are the same as outlined in the Support doc on sending a single image from flickr to

Thank you timethief, I have tested your method and works fine. It’s almost what i was looking for. But, unfortunately, seems to be flash and doesn’t work in some smartphones. And most of my readers use them to view the blog, sorry.

By other hand, justjennifer, thank you too for your help. Showing my pictures like your Greece gallery could be a solution. I have read the support doc on sending a single image from flickr but doesn’t understand how to do it with a entire set. Could you explain me how? I would appreciate your excellent help.

As you see I’m new in WordPress and still learning how to use it. If any of you have a better idea to show the pictures, just let my know. Thanks in advance, again.

All you need to do is get the URL of the slideshow of your set and post it on its own line in the visual editor of the Write Post page.

After you’ve connected your flickr account and your blog, you will also see an option on flickr to share a set to your blog.

@rain-you can’t embed a flickr set that way.
