Blog is gone?

  1. I was working on settings and the blog is now not reachable...? I added a custom subdomain upgrade on Saturday and everything was working fine - in fact we were just about to announce the blog and start posting....

    What happened?

    The blog I need help with is

  3. Not sure - You are IT people so asking if you followed these instructions is probably redundant but:

    Failing in that or @TSP dropping by my best advice would be to ask the Staff. They were very helpful when I moved a domain

  4. Thanks Auxclass - yes we did work through the instructions and had everything working well until today...I've reached out support as well...

    It can take domain changes up to 72 hours (though usually much less) to propagate to your ISP. Unfortunately, we have no control over this as it all depends on how often your ISP refreshes their DNS cache.
