Blog Login in iPad 3a Ger

  Good morning, I hope to get help here …
  I own an iPad 3a Ger (2012) with IOS 8 (updated recently, according to Apple I can not install IOS 10) and would like to make some blog posts on this iPad. I initially tried to install the WordPress application, but the minimum requirement is IOS 10 … When I try to access the blog through Safari ( in http://www.wordpress.com), when I enter the user and password, it simply does not login.
  I tried Google Chrome but the behavior is the same, and I can not update Google Chrome because the minimum requirement is IOS 9 :(

  I installed Opera mini, but again the behavior is the same, I type login and password and nothing happens

  Is there any way for me to log in and manage the blog by this iPad or no chance and I’ll have to get another one?
