Blog onto homepage

    Hi, I am struggling to get my latest posts to feature on the homepage of my blog. I am just wondering how to make this happen as one of my older posts seems to be stuck there

    I see a post “LATEST INNOVATIONS FROM NASH TACKLE” published today on the front page of your blog–do you have one that is more recent than that?

    Hi, that it the latest one, but its the blog under the featured ones I am trying to update. the one there “NEW NASH S5R BITE ALARMS ARE ARRIVING SOON (FINALLY!)” if from January and I cant seem to shift it! Someone else used to run the blog, and never passed on this infromation

    I see what you mean. I think some of the themes let you filter what shows up and what doesn’t using tags, so something like that might be in play. I don’t know enough about this particular theme to make good guesses without poking around in the backend of your site–but there are other smart people who have been hanging around longer, plus staff people here. I’m sure one of them will be able to help.

    @timetheif answered a similar question for someone else and I think her answer applies to your question as well. when you mark a post “featured” it shows up in your featured grid at the top–but it won’t also show up in the regular blog feed. So if you want your new posts to show up below rather than at the top of the page, remove the featured tag.
