Blog stats look funny
Do anyone else’s blog stats look strange? instead of the usual line graph i’m now getting a strange looking block diagramme with 2003, 2004, 2005 at the bottom, and two columns per number, “region A” and “region B”. Can someone explain this to me? It doesn’t make any sense… Thanks!
I get that sometimes when it takes a long time for my stats to load or I’m behind a really secure firewall. Are you using Firefox or another browser? Try refreshing the stats page, or logging out of WP and clearing your browser cache and cookies and trying again. That might help fix it.
Here’s a past thread on it:
I’m on Firefox, I’ve logged in and out, and I’ve cleared my cookies. Still no normal graph. This is really weird, it’s never happened to me before and I’ve been using the same connection for quite a while. Maybe it’ll fix itself? But thanks for the reply.
Hm, I’ve tried on Safari now, same thing. Weird… let’s hope for the self healing powers of the internet.
Well, if you’ve used a different browser and had the same result, it might be a problem on WP’s end. If it doesn’t clear up, send an email to staff when support opens with details… they should at least be able to let you know what’s going on.
It’s strange, though. The few times I’ve seen it, it’s cleared with a refresh. Do you know if the versions of flash in your browser are the latest ones? That might be something to check as well.
