Blog Suspended?

    OK, I realize has lots of issues relating to its quality of service. But today after posting to one of my blogs, I got the message the blog was suspended for violating terms of service?

    I have received no warning, no complaints – from anyone, anywhere – nothing. No explanation, zip, nada – and of course wouldn’t you know customer support is closed until the 6th.

    Amazing, truly amazing.

    I’m sorry but this is not a matter for posting to a public forum. We Volunteers answering support questions have no role to play in this process. This is between you and Staff. You have a warning notice on with a link in it — please click that link. That link works at all times (even when the regular contact form is closed).

    If you have already contacted Staff by using the “click here to contact us” link in the notice, the ToS department definitely received your request. Please be patient as they’ll be getting back to you as soon as they can.

    They don’t give warnings. They just shut down sites. I’ve been here six years and have never seen them give a warning. Follow the instructions they gave and they may reactivate the blog; it’s not gone, just suspended.
